ADMINISTRATION

Overview

The Administration Division plays a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and operational support of departmental activities across the Ministry. Its responsibilities encompass policy development, financial oversight, human resource management, logistical coordination, and compliance monitoring. Through close collaboration with technical divisions, the Administration Division facilitates strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring that all programs align with national development priorities and service delivery standards.
Committed to transparency, efficiency, and institutional capacity building, the Division provides the foundational infrastructure necessary for the successful implementation of MLPID’s projects and initiatives.

KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Human resource management and staffing coordination.

- Office administration and logistics.

- Budget tracking and procurement support

- Internal communication and recordkeeping.

- Support for inter-divisional coordination and reporting.
