The Housing Division is responsible for managing government housing and residential accommodation within the Line and Phoenix Islands. The Division works to ensure that government-owned houses are properly allocated, maintained, and managed in accordance with government policies and housing regulations.

Through effective housing administration, the Division supports government employees, promotes sustainable housing management, and contributes to the overall development of communities across the islands.
